Ignore the banks, and just update ur address, since they are all offer national network service, unless u have an account with a credit union. Bring ur drive licence and change it when u arrive. Ignore the lib cards, u no longer need it, and just apply ur new one here. Update ur billing infor for ur credit cards when u receive ur new address.
For the rest, just bring the essential documents with u and talk to the related dep once u arrive.
