我不是学营养的，只是对那个系有些了解而已

没几个真正去看营养师的
工作多样化？那是指你刚开始选择的时候，可以去医院，nursing home,school， etc，一旦工作后也就那样
而且空缺不多，工资不高

LZ 怎么跟我那么像呢，我也想学营养的，还选了一门营养的课，每天都要背的东西，很多单词都长得一个样，背起来很难。
个人认为学营养挺难的，因为语言就比不过人家，总是花比人家多一两倍的时间也不一定有人家学得好，而且，将来工作，如果只作到和本国人水平差不多，很难找到工作的，国际学生必须要做得更出色才有人要阿。
而且教授说，学营养只有最好的10%的人才可以走nutrition option ，其他的都是food option
反正挺难就对了 ，

像大家说的的确不容易。不过我觉得还好。无论是上课的PROF还是课程的安排，比其他系的要好很多。学什么容易呢。3，4年纪的课程只要下苦心，无论是哪国人都可以得A或者A+的。

至于工作前途，个人认为无论是哪个行业，都得跟加拿大人竞争的了。至于COMMUNICATION， 只要上好那些专业COMMUNICATION课还有平时多做义工就OK啦。大概2，3份就够啦。做一年，什么都懂了。

忘了说一句，大部分中国人都不太看DIETITIAN，我做过调查，没几个人知道CANADA FOOD GUIDE的，但是本地人还是会看的。像CANCER, CDA，之类的都有DIETIAN常驻提供服务。更别提NURSING HOME那些，甚至是提供膳食服务的单位也需要有DIETITIAN 。只是这些地方我们都看不到而已。NUTRITIONALIST，会在GYM里面，比较常见。

总之个人认为还是工程好学，起码对语言要求不是那么高，

哎～～前途渺茫哦！！！那有没有高人知道什么本科专业比较适合学工科的ＭＭ啊？

most chinese don\'t go to dietitian much because even if you go you\'ll find they don\'t know much better than you. most canadians go to dietitian? i doubt with reasons. and do you know many dietitians spend more time doing research than counselling patients?
yes, canada does have canada\'s food guide (look, my family knows!), but please, it\'s food guide, not dietary guide

I agree some of your point of view up there. However, since there\'re four types dietitan job you can do. Some dietitians do more focus on research more than in or out patients. There\'re more community dietians in many different community centers. Their target is people lived around. Have you been to some of those cooking classes they offered?

I think most of them don\'t know too much about chinese, that\'s why I want to do this. At least somebody starts to do it.
Chinese population is needed to be understood. We cann\'t just sit here until they come to know us.

I am sharing my ideas about the nutrition. Nutrition is my second degree, I have compared it to other faculties as well.
I am not saying this faculty is superior than anyone else, or easier or more difficult. I just believe it\'s more appropriate for girls.

knowledge I learn can be applied to anyone, families, friends, clients, no matter in Canada or back to China.
