4 p9 S& j/ [+ T& _4 ^1 A# Dcommon-law partner 是没有办理过手续的 spouse, 国内的称呼叫 --- 非法同居, spouse 是办了手续之后的 common-law partner, 国内的称呼叫 --- 合法夫妻 . 由于你只能有一个配偶, 所以如果你填了 common-law partner 你就不能填 spouse, 如果你填了 spouse 你就不能填 common-law partner. 8 q( ^. M' i, N: t$ a- y' [

4. 如果你或你配偶有一方是再婚, 则以前的 n 次婚姻留下来的所有归你们抚养的孩子都要填写, 不归你们抚养的孩子不要填写.
