Adamar Manor 的 1 bedroom. 水电气全包，包括中央空调；室内地下停车, $36/月。楼内环境安静整洁，有活动室（有健身器械），游泳池，桑拿房，全都免费。靠近UM，坐车10分钟，门口有60，62，75，51, 16和101路车站；旁边有专门的自行车道。门口就是futureshop, sportcheck, staple, autopac等。楼后是红河与河边草地，与St.Vital公园隔河相望。Manager很好的，邻居也很友善。

it is $330/month now, but the rental will increase in october since the lease ends in sept.

unfortunately I cannot post a photo of the bedroom. but it is very spacious with walk-in closet. besides, you can put one queen-size bed, one big study table, one PC table, one bed stand, and one clothing wardrobe in it.
